How it works

It’s easy to add the ‘Pay Now’ button to outgoing invoices using Spindle Document Distribution, with a choice of button colours available.

When the ‘Pay Now’ button is clicked your customer is directed to the online payment portal so they can make secure online card payments to you via Sage Pay. For their convenience the payment form is pre-populated with the transaction details.

Once payment has been made, both the supplier and customer can be automatically notified of the transaction by email.

With the help of Spindle ReconcilerTM, when the transaction is complete, the invoice payment is automatically reconciled back to the accounting system.

Q: I already have Spindle Document Distribution, can I use Spindle PayThemTM?
A: Spindle PayThem is available in Spindle Document Distribution 6.13 onwards. Users of Spindle Document Distribution 6.12 or below should contact their Draycir Partner for information on how to upgrade to the latest version.

Q: Can I change the colour of Pay Now button?
A: Yes, there are 4 colours available: Blue, Green, Dark Grey and Light Grey.

Q: Can I add a credit card surcharge to my payments?
A: Yes, this can be done within Sage 200.
